These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website visiblesafety.com.au (the “Site”), our online store, and other sales channels, including sales through partner stores. By accessing or using our Site and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

- VISIBLE SAFETY sells worksite safety equipment, including but not limited to flashing amber lights, through multiple sales channels through multiple sales channels, including our online store and partner retail locations.

2. ONLINE STORE & PARTNER SALES TERMS

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided during checkout for online purchases.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
- Risk of loss and title for products purchased online pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For in-store purchases, risk of loss and title pass to you at the time of sale.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Our return policy allows returns within 5 days of delivery or purchase for change-of-mind returns, subject to certain conditions.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
