These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website visiblesafety.com.au (the “Site”), our online store, and other sales channels, including sales through partner stores.   1.  VISIBLE SAFETY sells worksite safety equipment, including but not limited to flashing amber lights, through multiple sales channels through multiple sales channels, including our online store and partner retail locations.

2. ONLINE STORE & PARTNER SALES TERMS

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  4. Risk of loss and title for products purchased online pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For in-store purchases, risk of loss and title pass to you at the time of sale.
